Twist and a Twitch

Hello there. I’ve neglected my publishing and blog for a while, but not quite up to a year. I’m checking with a reminder of what’s out there now, and some of what I’ll be dusting off this summer and fall for you.

My original sequence was the “Twitch” set of stories, and there’s a work-in-progress in that vein with an unexpected roommate situation–there’s more to Melissa than original met the eye.

“I’d be disappointed if i weren’t still the biggest in the house.”

. I know, that’s a bit of a spoiler, but if you’ve read the Twitch series, you know what’s coming, so to speak.

The workplace romance series formed my second venture, with an enticing entanglement between coworkers at a small Silicon Valley startup. We left Serena going home for an emergency and Bailey filling in, or being filled in.

“I’m inviting you to stay the night. Nothing has to happen. I’d just appreciate some attention and maybe someone who doesn’t sit in a different room until after I’ve gone to sleep.”

I don’t want to leave Serena and Bailey in different area codes, or deprive David of both of them, so the third story has a short road trip and a reunion. And maybe another surprise along the way.

The Casual Encounter, series got a start with Vera, a story set in a San Francisco restaurant followed by an almost-afterthought bedroom visit. I don’t think Vera will come back, but there may be another story or two inspired by the heyday of Craigslist personals.

“I’m glad you don’t stick out as far as I do.”

This highlight was not meant to overlap with the first series, but in a sense, a year later, it did.

So in short, there’s a new roommate situationship in the Twitch series; a reunion for David, Serena, and Bailey; and possibly some new casual encounters coming in the next few months.
